These Terms define the conditions for using the Praylog app and related services, including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users.

These Terms set forth the basic matters necessary for using Praylog's prayer recording, notification, reflection, archive, and related features.

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service.

6. Record Management

Records created by the User are generally stored on the User's device. Users are responsible for managing their own records, and records may be lost due to device changes, app deletion, operating system issues, or other user environment factors.

7. Changes or Suspension

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service for service improvement, technical needs, or operational reasons. Important changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Praylog is a tool intended to support users' personal record-keeping habits and faith life, and does not guarantee any particular result or effect. The operator is not liable for damages caused by events beyond the operator's responsibility, including natural disasters, device failures, operating system issues, or the user's failure to manage records.

9. Intellectual Property

Rights to materials created by the operator, including the Service's design, code, logo, and name, belong to the operator. Rights to records created by the User belong to the User.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute related to the Service will follow the procedures and jurisdiction set by applicable law.
